C RICHARD JACKSON, MBE, DL - CHAIRMAN

Richard offers high quality corporate leadership. Richard was originally joint managing director of the Centaur Clothes Group, as well as chairman of the award winning Nidd Vale Motor Group from which he de-merged the business of Mercedes Benz North Yorkshire in Harrogate, York and Scarborough. Richard was also a director of Consort Homes and Jackson Property Investments. He chairs the Development Forum of the Prince's Trust in Yorkshire and the Humber.

DR PHILLIP EARNSHAW, MBBS, DRCOG - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Phillip works closely with the PCTs to ensure a strong working relationship and offers strong medical and strategic leadership. Dr Earnshaw is a partner at Ferrybridge Medical Centre as well as a PEC Chair for Wakefield PCT. Phillip is also a founder and past chair of Wakefield GP's on call and set up the first wave national pilot Walk in Centre.

DR PATRICK WYNN, MBChB, MRCGP, DRCOG, DFFP - CLINICIAL DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Patrick works closely with the doctors to ensure each surgery offers its full potential of services. Dr Wynn is a partner at Ferrybridge Medical Centre, and is heavily involved in the training and assessing of medical staff and is a registered GP registrar trainer, Nurse Practioner trainer and Medical Student trainer.

RACHEL BEVERLEY-STEVENSON, BA Hons - COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Rachel provides commercial direction to the development of the business. Rachel has extensive hands on experience of senior level management in European and Australasian markets. Most recently the operations director for a global telematics company, Rachel is service driven, with specific knowledge of restructuring businesses and devising and delivering company wide strategy.

ROBERT SMITH - FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

Robert has a fantastic record for financial solutions and works closely with GPs and PCTs wishing to expand surgeries and services. Robert has worked as a finance director for over 20 years, with companies such as Nidd Vale Motor Group and Mercedes-Benz North Yorkshire.

ALAN GRIMES C Eng, Dip FM - OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Alan provides implementation and operational guidance for our surgeries. He also develops strong strategic partnership to offer additional services to GPs & PCTs. Alan was the general manager at Ferrybridge Medical Centre and had been successfully running the centre for 15 years. Alan has over 25 years in general management roles including eight years at The Coca Cola Company and 14 years specifically in GP surgeries.

TRACY AVEYARD - LEEDS OPERATIONS MANAGER

Tracy oversees the running of the company's surgeries across the Leeds, including our flagship centre within The Light. Previously to joining One Medicare, Tracy worked at Ferrybridge Medical Centre for six and a half years, finishing her time there as Reception Supervisor. Tracey has had a varied career, with roles including Dispensing Technician, Sales Representative and Market Research Interviewer, bringing a range of skills to the role that will enable her to work well with One Medicare's network of surgeries.

SUE SMITH - RN, DipHE, BA(Hons) N/P - PgDip, MSc - LEAD NURSE PRACTICIONER

Sue's role within One Medicare is multifunctional in co-ordinating, leading and developing the nursing team and services across all One Medicare surgeries in Leeds. She is also involved in assisting in the development of new services at The Light Surgery, while reorganising existing ones at the organisations other sites. Sue's background is Elderly Care, Practice Nursing and currently works in an advanced clinical role as a Nurse Practitioner. She has maintained links with Leeds Metropolitan University by being a mentor and part-time lecturer, and has a keen interest in developing Nurse-led services and inter-professional working to help achieve the team and One Medicare's full potential.

SANDRA GREENWOOD, RGN, HV, MSc - NURSE ADVISOR

Sandra provides ongoing support and mentorship for One Medicare's Nursing Teams. She also co-ordinates and leads an integrated nursing team at Ferrybridge Medical Centre, which received an NHS Beacon Award for it's performance. She also works in an advanced clinical role as a nurse practitioner and is responsible for training and development at all levels. Sandra is also a part time lecturer at Leeds Metropolitan University for nurse practitioner training. Her background includes health visiting, with a strong ethos in public health and inter professional working.

LINDSEY BELL - BUSINESS SUPPORT CO-ORDINATOR

Lindsey is responsible for developing new business projects for the company. Lindsey has a vast and varied experience in business and project management some of her successes include securing an additional two years of government funding for the West Yorkshire Knowledge Exchange project and creating and launching the Design Champion 2006 competition at Leeds Metropolitan University.

STEPHANIE PICKER - ADMIN ASSISTANT

Stephanie is joining us during her gap year before progressing to medical school. Stephanie will be acting in a general admin capacity and built on the foundations of her academic excellence, her research skills will be of great benefit to our team. Stephanie continues to volunteer with mental health patients, further expanding her experiences in health care.

SARAH SHAW - MARKETING MANAGER

Sarah is responsible for the marketing of the company within the industry and liaising with our PR consultants on all aspects of public relations and advertising. Sarah joined us from a large plc where she worked in Leeds and London. She had previously worked in advertising and commercial photography having run her own business for several years. Her roles have included profile building new brands, presentations, proposal negotiations, event organisation and building networking opportunities.

LEE DUKER - IM&T LEAD

Lee is the IT Systems Manager for One Medicare, Ferrybridge Medical Centre & FMC Health Solutions Ltd and has been keeping the medical practices at the forefront of IT developments for the past 11 years. He has built strong working relationships with PCTs, IT Systems teams and the IT Systems suppliers.
